Important Information:

25% deposit due on booking, balance due 60 days before arrival (if you do not pay the balance on time we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will forfeit your 25% deposit)

Refundable security/damages deposit of £100 to be paid with balance (refunded within 48hrs of departure subject to no damages reported on inspection)

No fee for your Dog.

Included in your Stay: Bed Linens, Towels, Electricity, Gas, Water.

During Peak times (April-October) bookings are for 7 days minimum Saturday to Saturday

At other times short breaks are available for 3 nights Friday to Monday, and 4 nights Monday to Friday - Please Enquire for prices.

Check in is at 3pm, Check out is at 10am

Cancellation Policy:

less than 14 days from arrival - 0% refundable, all monies paid are forfeited.

between 14-30 days from arrival - 20% refundable (subject to balance being paid in full)

30-59 days from arrival - 50% refundable (subject to balance being paid in full)

>60 days from arrival - 25% deposit forfeited
