before you arrive

One week before you are due to arrive, we will send you important information relating to you arrival such as how to find us, how to get the keys and any codes you will need.


When you get here

On arrival it’s best to park on Pentire Avenue by the main entrance. Go to the door, enter the code and head downstairs to the basement car park and collect the remote for the garage door and the apartment keys. Head back to the car and get parked up. Your holiday starts here!


What’s included

All utility costs are included in your stay. We also provide our own wifi system for your convenience. Bed linens and towels are included but not beach towels. A welcome pack will also be provided to get you started which includes washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen sponge, bin bags, toilet roll and antibacterial hand wash. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and some biscuits are also provided so you can have a well deserved drink when you arrive


We hope you have everything you need, but if you do need anything please contact the housekeeper in the first instance whose details will be provided, and/or contact us too and we will do what we can to help

during your stay


Departure is at 10am. We would appreciate if you would leave the apartment clean and tidy and take any rubbish down to the bin store in the basement. When you leave, please place keys and remote back in the key safe and have a safe journey home.

Pets

We can only allow a maximum of one dog. We would prefer if your dog did not sit on the furniture but if they do, please use the throws provided. No fouling is allowed on the communal grounds.

15 Ocean Gate is a no smoking apartment. The whole Ocean Gate complex is a no smoking zone.
